THE ‘HOW’ OFTEN CHANGES. THE ‘WHY’ RARELY DOES.

We help our clients do three main things;
Create Compelling Messages.
Connect With Who Matters.
Influence Attitudes and Behaviors.

Whether accessing audience insights, choosing the right channels and tools or developing the content, we create solutions to match client goals.

Then we direct our team of expert partners, each with deep expertise in specific areas of marketing, to execute — on time and on budget.

It’s a formula that brings together the right people at just the right time and allows us to remain strategy-driven, creative, cost effective and nimble.

And every client benefits from experienced leadership.

Sharon Stevens APR, FCPRS
Founder & CEO

As a communication strategist and business owner for more than 25 years, Sharon has repeatedly demonstrated how marketing communication strategies and programs create results.

Sharon’s career path has traversed the country. She worked for large PR and advertising agencies in Toronto and Halifax before founding Communication Solutions in BC in 1996. Since then the company has created successful marketing communication programs for governments, private businesses and non-profits in almost every sector. For many years, she and her team were noted national experts in social marketing of environment and health. More recently Sharon pivoted to work closer to home and focus on the medical and health industry as well as marketing strategy and project management for community and real estate developments in southern BC.

Sharon is an active volunteer. She served many years as a Rotarian, currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Kamloops Food Bank and she supports women’s education through a philanthropic organization called PEO.

Time away from her desk typically involves hiking, biking or skiing with the family dog in tow.
