Fast Tracked During Pandemic – Record Sell Out

Sun Peaks Resort Corporation and A&T Project Developments Inc. recognized an opportunity to take advantage of pandemic-fuelled strong domestic demand for recreational real estate and turned to Communication Solutions to fast-track the marketing of their most recent real estate development at Sun Peaks Resort – ALTITUDE Sun Peaks.

A collection of 40 alpine townhomes and condos, ALTITUDE offered the marketplace more of what had been well received over the previous few years. However its ski-in / ski-out location, combined with a proven process to drive potential buyers toward purchase commitments resulted in a record setting pre-build sell out of these new alpine homes in just 48 hours.

Working closely with the developers and the realtor, Sotheby’s International Realty Sun Peaks, Communication Solutions created the development brand, website, market-ready floorplans, print and electronic sales kits, e-marketing process and content and both in-market and out of market advertising products. All marketing tools were developed to express what is key to real estate sales – high demand and limited inventory.

We created a registration-only website for access to development details and a formal process to secure the opportunity to purchase – all the while guiding potential buyers through stages of commitment so they would purchase one of these mountain side homes prior to them being offered to the public with MLS listings.

The result was $27-million in sales in just two days.
