Marketing Strategy for a Master-Planned Community

Juniper West is an expansive master-panned residential community in Kamloops BC.

The developers retained Communication Solutions in 2014 to create a marketing strategy that would distinguish this new neighbourhood from an existing community and guide the marketing activities for the build out of what was to be 675 family homes and multifamily units over the coming decade.

Our work included creation of a contemporary brand that would endure both time and change. Our solution was to focus not on the types of homes to be built but rather on the experience of ‘creating home’ in this new community. The positioning “Home Happens Here” has endured as the neighbhourhood has grown to close to 500 homes
