Park House Prince George

A City of Prince George resident survey confirmed a keen interest in living downtown IF there were modern lifestyle oriented residential options. For that and other reasons, our client A&T Project Developments, proposed to construct a multi-family collection of one and two bedroom condominiums next to City Hall at the edge of Connaught Hill Park.

They turned to Communication Solutions to develop an identity that would nod to the past, suggest a sense of community and focus on ‘urban by nature’ over multiple years of development at this site. Park House Prince George was created to reflect easy living and an energized urban lifestyle for this development in the downtown core.

We created market-ready site plan and floorplans, a sales and leasing website, designed the interior of the presentation centre, designed site signage and created a marketing plan to support local realtors in their efforts to sell and lease suites within Park House. We continue to manage these marketing assets to reflect real time availability of these downtown condos.

Construction of Phase One of Park House PG is now complete with more than 60% of suites either sold or rented. Planning for a YMCA Park House Care and Early Learning Centre is underway as part of this campus of urban living
