A Website Redesign For Those Looking Forward

For Sotheby’s International Realty Sun Peaks, their website is the powerhouse of their marketing program not only for the realty office but for every property owner wanting to sell and every prospect wanting to buy in this unique resort community in the interior of British Columbia.

Having seen the outcome of our marketing programs on behalf of real estate developers at Sun Peaks, the Sotheby’s brokerage turned to Communication Solutions in 2019 to redevelop its website. They wanted a new mobile responsive design that adhered to Sotheby’s International brand standards while reflecting the unique vibe of this mountain community. They wanted an integration of realty focused functioning with custom developed assets that would feed their customer relationship management program – all in a site they could be trained to update and manage from within the brokerage.

We created and launched www.sunpeakscollection.com in 2019.
